Experience
Brandon Crooks is the Senior Director of Credentialing-Compliance and Delivery Operations at IntelyCare. In this role he leads multi-state medical credentialing operations for a variety of healthcare roles across the spectrum of acute and post-acute care. Working closely with legal specialists, Brandon also directs healthcare compliance operations across state and federal jurisdictions.
With over 17 years of experience in healthcare, Brandon previously worked as the Director of Credentialing and Quality Solutions for AMN Healthcare. While there, he led the effort to expand credentialing for a global workforce, oversaw a rapid credentialing support team, and developed a new concurrent quality review team. During the COVID pandemic, Brandon developed a mass vaccine credentialing team which standardized processes across 8 credentialing divisions covering over 1,500 clinicians. Brandon has performed onsite visits, trained quality service teams, and directed several successful MSP implementations.
Brandon has lead teams of up to 150 people and is passionate about organizing, developing, and leading business organizations in the healthcare space.
