Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and exercise routines

  • Support residents’ emotional and physical well-being with dignity and compassion

  • Prepare and assist with meals; feed residents as needed

  • Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and overall condition

  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

  • Follow individualized care plans under the supervision of licensed nurses

Responsible and accountable for performing a wide range of clerical duties and direct patient care activities, depending on the need of the unit.
