Non Medical Caregiver and Home Aide

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Non Medical Caregiver and Home Aide to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Waupaca through our Satellite office in Marshfield for a Client 11 hours a week in Brantwood, WI. As a Non Medical Caregiver and Home Aide, you will provide essential companionship, support, and personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination
Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping tasks
Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and games
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and client needs

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
