We’re looking for caring, HCA-certified caregivers with a passion for serving others. If you love creating joyful moments and providing excellent care, we want you on our team!

Your Role:

Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes
Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement

Job Requirements:

Must be 18+
1 year of caregiving experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Fully vaccinated or exemption
Current TB test or clear X-ray
Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed

Responsibilities:

Personal care, light housework, meal prep
Shopping, errands, companionship
Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs

Benefits:

$100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
Competitive pay ($18–$20/hr)
Bonuses for last-minute and weekend fill-in shifts
Flexible schedules

Schedule:

Full-time, part-time, on-call, and weekend shifts available
