Position Responsibilities:

  • Audits support service delivery models (i.e. Environmental, Transport, and Linen) to ensure efficiency of operations, identifying areas/opportunities for improvement and working with Support Services Director to resolve.

  • Works with Director of Support Services to identifies inhibitors to patient satisfaction relative to support services (EVS, Transport and Linen).

  • Works with Director of Support Services to implement Support Services improvement model, including roll-out, communication, training and all other activities required.

  • Recommends and develops plan of action to address any/all issues negatively impacting patient satisfaction relative to support services to be reviewed and approved by Director, Support Services

  • Performs staff management responsibilities relative to hiring, annual performance evaluation compliance, employee counselings, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2+ years of related experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
