Apple Valley Villa, a Cassia community, is seeking dedicated Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, or TMA) to join our team in Apple Valley, MN! At Apple Valley Villa, you'll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that takes pride in making a difference every day for residents and families alike.

As a Caregiver at Apple Valley Villa, you will provide person-centered care to our residents, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence and well-being. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others.

Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including weekends

Shifts Available:
Evenings 4:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Full-Time)
Nights 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM (Part-Time)

Wage Range: $17.00 - $22.00 / hour depending on experience

Location: 14610 Garrett Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Provide routine nursing care and services to our residents
Administer medications to residents as needed
Communicate any resident concerns with licensed nursing staff
Assist in resident emergencies
Answer and transfer incoming phone calls as needed
Perform additional tasks as required

Caregiver Qualifications:

Med Passer experience preferred but not required
HHA, PCA or CNA experience required
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English fluently
Strong computer skills
Ability to work well with others
A passion for fostering fullness of life for those we serve
Selected candidates are required to pass background checks
Must be 18 years or older
