Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Paid CNA Trainee to participate in our June training class. As a new team member, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment, while providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend and complete our comprehensive CNA training program, with a focus on individualized care and support

  • Participate in hands-on training and clinical experiences to develop your clinical skills

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of our experienced staff

  • Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and other members of our interdisciplinary team

  • Demonstrate a commitment to our mission of providing high-quality care and promoting dignity, comfort, and support to each resident

Schedule:

  • Attend CNA training sessions from 7:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

  • After completing the training program, work a flexible schedule, including 2pm - 10pm rotations, to provide ongoing care and support to our residents
