The RN Supervisor (11–7 shift) plays a key leadership role in ensuring high‑quality clinical care throughout the facility. You will oversee nursing staff, support clinical decision‑making, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as a resource for residents, families, and team members.
This is an excellent role for an RN with supervisory experience who enjoys autonomy, teamwork, and making a difference during the quieter overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff during the 11 PM – 7 AM shift
Ensure delivery of high‑quality resident care in accordance with care plans, policies, and state/federal regulations
Support, mentor, and guide CNAs, LPNs, and other nursing personnel
Respond promptly to resident needs, changes in condition, and emergency situations
Maintain accurate documentation and oversee shift‑to‑shift communication
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote resident well‑being
Uphold a positive, professional, and resident‑focused environment
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Connecticut
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a long‑term care or related healthcare setting
Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Commitment to compassionate, resident‑centered care
