Job Overview: We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join an OPWDD-certified residential program in Brooklyn, NY. This role focuses on providing comprehensive nursing care, coordinating medical services, and supporting individuals to achieve the highest possible quality of life. Program Overview This position focuses on community-based care for justice-involved individuals. The program provides temporary housing and clinical services for individuals on parole who have serious mental illness and substance use disorders. The goal is to support clients in stabilizing their health and successfully transitioning to long-term housing and ongoing community-based care. Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) provides on-site nursing care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager.
