Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Care Aide to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of East King County. As a CNA/ Home Care Aide, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management

  • Assist clients with transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises

  • Monitor and report changes in clients' condition to the assigned RN Case Manager or Director of Patient Care Services

  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client care and services provided

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

  • Salary - to be determined based on experience and qualifications

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Washington

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
