Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure high-quality patient care
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff to advance their skills and knowledge
Develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and care
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in gerontology and rehabilitation
Strong ability to work collaboratively with others
