We’re working with a high-performing skilled nursing facility in the Cohoes, NY area that already has structure, staff, and systems in place. They’re looking for a Director of Nursing (DON) who can step in, take ownership, and continue driving strong clinical outcomes.

Compensation: $120,000–$160,000 DOE + full benefits
What you’ll take ownership of:
Full oversight of nursing operations and clinical performance
Leading, coaching, and developing your nursing team
Driving survey readiness and maintaining compliance proactively
Partnering directly with administration on staffing, metrics, and quality outcomes

What you need:
Active NY RN license
