Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and care plans. RNs play a key role in clinical oversight, care coordination, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, empathy, and a commitment to excellence in patient-centered care.
