Key Qualifications:

  • Experience with suctioning and tube feeding (preferred)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 nursing care, including suctioning and tube feeding assistance throughout the school day
  • Remain present in the classroom, supporting the student’s health needs while encouraging interaction with peers and staff
  • Collaborate with another nurse (who manages transportation) to provide seamless coverage and support
  • Serve as additional nursing support within the school building when the student is absent, ensuring a safe environment for all students
  • Maintain detailed health records and communicate regularly with school staff and the student’s family
