Are you a Registered Nurse who leads by example and enjoys supporting a strong clinical team? We are currently hiring an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee our Monday–Friday 3pm–11pm shift in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
This Registered Nurse Supervisor opportunity is ideal for a nurse leader who values teamwork, accountability, and delivering exceptional resident care. The RN Supervisor will play a key role in guiding staff, maintaining clinical excellence, and creating a positive environment for both residents and employees.

Responsibilities of the RN Supervisor
Supervise evening nursing operations and ensure quality standards of care are consistently maintained.
Support and direct nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, throughout the shift.
Serve as the clinical Supervisor for resident care concerns, admissions, and emergencies.
Assist with mentoring, coaching, and developing nursing team members.
Review documentation, physician orders, and care plans for accuracy and compliance.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary departments.
Ensure the nursing department remains compliant with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
Promote a positive and professional atmosphere as an evening shift Registered Nurse Supervisor.
Qualifications for the RN Supervisor Role
Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license required.
Previous experience as a Supervisor in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Registered Nurse.
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
