Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assists residents with activities of daily living while delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Experience in a geriatric setting is preferred, along with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Licensed Practical Nurse Care Guide is responsible for registering, collecting payments, rooming, assisting the provider with care and treatment, discharging, and following-up with patients.
