Restorative Aide

Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, a Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a Restorative Aide - Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team!

Position Description

As a Restorative Aide CNA, your position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and any other duties that may be directed by your supervisor.

Responsibilities of the Restorative Aide:

  • Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisors.

  • Obtain and document daily, weekly and monthly weights of all residents admitted to the facility.

  • Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures, as instructed.

  • Assist residents with daily functions as directed.

  • Maintain intake and output records, as instructed.

  • Follow work assignments, and/or work schedules in completing and performing your assigned tasks.

Requirements of the Restorative Aide:

  • Must be a licensed CNA in accordance with laws of this state.

  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
