RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
  • Oversee clinical operations during your assigned shift
  • Conduct rounds to monitor resident care and address any concerns
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to implement care plans
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff

Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania RN license in good standing
