Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status

Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff

Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team

Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy

Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed

Position Summary: The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing care and staff on assigned shifts to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to residents. This leadership role involves clinical supervision, direct patient care, coordination with other departments, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The RN Supervisor supports and enforces policies, trains and mentors staff, and serves as a clinical resource within the facility.
