Willis‑Knighton North is seeking a compassionate and dependable Nursing Assistant to deliver high‑quality patient care in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate is a team player who is flexible, patient‑focused, and committed to excellent attendance and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and document patient vital signs accurately
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
    • Bed baths
    • Meals and feeding
    • Mobility and personal care
  • Respond promptly to patient call bells and assist as needed
  • Provide compassionate care while maintaining patient dignity and safety
  • Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare team members
Qualifications

  • Previous hospital experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated compassion and commitment to patient care
  • Reliable attendance history
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment

Orientation & Training

  • Orientation is required upon hire
  • Length of orientation will be based on the candidate’s level of experience
