JOB SUMMARY

This position is vital to the operating suite. The Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) or Surgical Tech First Assistant provides immediate support to the surgeon. Opportunities in Urology Clinic & Main Hospital Operating Room.


This position requires strong communication skills, ability to demonstrate technical skills and a strong working knowledge of surgical tools and equipment.


This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.


This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to Code of Conduct and other policies is required.
