We are seeking dedicated caregivers for a dementia client in Phoenix, AZ. This is a part-time position with potential for long shifts, Monday through Friday.  This is a non-exempt safety senstive position.

 

Requirements:

    •    First Aid & CPR Certification (Required)

    •    Proof of TB Test (Required)

    •    Two Forms of ID (Required)

    •    Social Security Card OR U.S. Work Authorization (Required)

    •    Driver’s License (Optional)

    •    Car Insurance (Optional)

    •    Additional training, certification, and licensure are optional

 

Additional Info:

    •    A drug test will be conducted upon hire.
