About the Position:

We are currently hiring a dedicated RN/LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 18-year-old male child in the Whitney area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for the child
G-tube care & feedings
Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort
Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family

Schedule:

During school days: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
During school breaks & Weekends: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Qualifications:

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Pediatric & G-tube experience
CPR certification (preferred)
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered
Reliable transportation

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - General Pediatrics

The Clinic LPN provides primary clinical support to the provider, patient and their family to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient's condition.
