Job Summary:

Overland Park Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner with trauma and/or critical care experience.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Candidate must be comfortable doing procedures such as intubation, vent management, vascular line and chest tube placement and thoracentesis.
  • ICU based, no clinic
  • Full time, 12-hour shifts with ability to pick up additional shifts for additional compensation
  • Provide hospital wide resuscitation management, participate in critical care rounds and patient education
  • Collaboration with critical care physicians

Cardiology disease processes the APP will be expected to accurately diagnose and treat include general cardiology with a focus subspecialized patient populations as indicated.
