Shift Details:

- Weekend option pay with two 16-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays (7 am to 11 pm), receiving compensation for a 40-hour work week.

- Base pay starts at $28 per hour for LPNs, with higher rates based on years of experience.

Home Health LPN

Overview The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct and indirect intermittent skilled nursing care or guidance to Home Health patients under the direction and or supervision of the RN Case Manager. The LPN follows direction from the established patient care plan and physician orders. The LPN will effectively communicate changes in patient status, symptoms, and results of any diagnostic tests to the Physician, the Registered Nurse Case Manager, or designee as required. The LPN will utilize the nursing process in the provision of care and will practice within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and the policies, procedures, and standards of the Conway Regional Health System and Home Health agency. Overview The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting under supervision of a registered nurse and work collaboratively with ancillary nursing and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
