Your Role and Responsibilities: 

 

As a member of our care team, you’ll help clients with daily living activities, including:

  • Assisting with mobility and transfers within the home.

  • Performing light housekeeping: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, dishes, laundry, and bathroom cleaning.

  • Preparing meals and snacks according to client preferences.

  • Accompanying clients on errands and medical appointments.

  • Providing personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and shaving.

  • Offering medication reminders.

  • Supporting prescribed range of motion exercises.

  • Delivering dementia care and companionship through activities like reading, music, and puzzles.

Qualifications:

  • One year of experience as a caregiver.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. independently.

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

  • Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.

  • Successful completion of a background check.

  • CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.
