Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Evening LPN to provide skilled nursing care, supervise CNAs, administer medications, and ensure resident health and safety—all while enjoying top pay rates for evening shifts in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver skilled nursing care and perform treatment procedures according to physician orders

  • Administer medications and provide/receive shift reports

  • Supervise CNAs to ensure timely and accurate care

  • Document resident care accurately using the electronic medical record system

  • Provide physical, educational, and emotional support to residents and families

  • Identify changes in resident conditions and report to nursing leadership

Qualifications

  • Current, valid NYS LPN License

  • Valid CPR certification

  • Experience in a nursing home or hospital preferred

  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
