Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
Perform assessments, wound care, medication management, and patient education

What we need:

Current and valid RN license in the state MI
Previous experience in home health a plus but willing to train
Strong assessment, critical thinking skills, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
