Assist with medication management and scheduling appointments. 4. Route medication renewal orders to providers for review per protocol. 5. Collaborate with patients regarding prescription management, including protocol orders. 6. Identify and report patient safety and quality issues. 7. Act as an advocate for the patient, supporting optimal health outcomes. 8. Educate patients on the provider's plan of care. 9. Resolve pharmacy/medication issues in collaboration with providers. Operational Support: 1. Document, update, and maintain patient medical records. 2. Support clinical and administrative operations of telehealth. 3. Participate in staff meetings, huddles, and organizational meetings. 4. Train, orient, and educate new team members and students. 5.
