MaineHealth Memorial Hospital is seeking a Physician Associate/Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team in North Conway, NH. The collaborative team at Memorial Hospital’s Emergency Department provides around-the-clock coverage in the emergency department. A team of ten physicians and APPs, along with skilled nursing & clinical support staff, ensures exceptional patient care. A critical-access hospital, Memorial’s emergency department is a modern, well-appointed facility equipped with 12 beds, Epic EMR, a dedicated behavioral health room, a full spectrum of ancillary services, specialty back-up, tele-stroke program, and an on-site helipad.

Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital that offers a friendly team setting with supportive, collaborative colleagues; strong patient/provider relationships; comprehensive resources and advanced technologies, including fully integrated Epic EMR.

Schedule: Per Diem shifts; 9am - 9pm or 11am - 11pm.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Successful completion of an accredited Physician Associate/Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program, with a Master’s Degree level of education.
  • Current Board Certification as a PA/NP.
  • Active State of NH PA/NP license or eligible.
  • Current BCLS & ACLS certifications.
  • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience preferred.
