Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to join our team at a primary care clinic in central Vermont. In this role, you will provide high-quality healthcare to the community, promoting wellness and managing chronic conditions in a patient-focused environment.

Compensation:
Our pay is highly competitive and negotiable based on experience. New graduates start at $250,000, with more experienced physicians earning $350,000–$400,000 during an 18-month guarantee. After that period, you’ll transition to an RVU/Production model, where physicians often earn more, with no cap on potential income.
