Comfort Keepers is currently hiring compassionate Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to serve clients throughout Owensboro, KY and surrounding communities.

Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, HHA, or CNA, you will provide non-medical in-home support that promotes safety, independence, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities include:

Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Ambulation and mobility assistance using proper techniques
Light housekeeping and laundry
Meal preparation
Transportation to appointments and errands
Medication reminders in accordance with the care plan
Observing and reporting changes in client condition
Supporting clients living with dementia or other age-related conditions

Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation with active auto insurance
Ability to pass a background check
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Negative TB test (may be completed at orientation if needed)
Two forms of legal identification
