The CNA provides patient care under the direction and supervision of the RN LPN. The CNA assists in the patients care anticipating patient family needs in a proactive fashion. The CNA individualizes and modifies care according to the patients needs. The CNA collaborates with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care.

At HMC and WMH may have completed fundamentals of nursing course in lieu of CNA.

Job Description​ Saint Luke’s North on Barry Road is seeking a Nursing Assistant to join our team . This is a great opportunity for an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), a nursing assistant, a patient care tech or even someone interested in becoming a nursing assistant and providing patient care. Those candidates that are not certified or that do not have applicable experience will receive 6 weeks of on-the-job training to learn the position . This training will be full-time . You will have the opportunity to help improve hospital throughput and capacity while enhancing the patient experience.
