Caregiver would be responsible for: Assistance with bathing Slide board Transfers Range of Motion ( Approx 15 minutes) Commode assistance ADL's Light housework duty (Cleaning, assistance with cooking as needed) Driving Handicap van as needed, typically client can drive themself. Must be reliable and a Team Player!
