Description:
An Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in this role functions with flexibility by traveling to different sites to fill temporary staffing gaps as needed. When there are no active coverage needs, the APP is assigned to UMC Urgent Care at KingsPark as a home clinic, where they maintain a consistent patient panel and support daily operations. This hybrid model combines adaptability with stability, allowing the provider to respond to system-wide demands while still contributing to a core clinical team.

We are looking for a motivated, self-directed advanced practice provider (APP) who is committed to patient care excellence within a collaborative and compassionate environment that promotes teaching and learning for both patients and team members. Each patient’s plan of care is initiated by the APP and supported by registered nurses and support staff. The leadership team is comprised of a medical director (who is also the APP collaborative physician), nursing director, and clinic manager.
