Job Responsibilities

  • Working as an LPN supporting the diverse needs of residents in post-acute facilities
  • Monitoring residents' mental and physical conditions and vital signs
  • Facilitating the intake process, including the documentation of medical histories and any health issues
  • Assisting with medication administration, including the verification process and the monitoring of effects on residents
  • Maintaining residents' medical records and charts

  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

Licensed Practical Nurse Emergency Department Position Summary Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician, provides to individuals and groups nursing care requiring the application of basic knowledge of the biological, physical, behavioral, social and nursing sciences.
