Job Description Jefferson Health – New Jersey is seeking Full-Time CRNAs to join our collaborative anesthesia care team at one of our three South Jersey campuses. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-focused environment. Key Highlights: • Wide variety of cases including general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, GI, urology, neurosurgery, pediatrics and OB • Multiple shift options available; excellent work-life balance • State-of-the-art equipment and Epic electronic medical records • Supportive team environment with CRNA and physician collaboration • Teaching opportunities with SRNAs and residents Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program • Master’s degree in nursing • Active RN and CRNA license in New Jersey or eligibility • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Essential Responsibilities: • Provide safe, evidence-based anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists • Perform preoperative assessments, develop anesthetic plans, and manage intraoperative and post-anesthesia care • Communicate effectively with the surgical team and maintain thorough documentation • Participate in department quality improvement efforts, educational activities, and mandatory training • Maintain required licensure, certification, and continuing education Benefits: • Up to $75K sign-on bonus based on commitment • 33 days of paid time off annually, plus 7 paid holidays • $2,100 CME allowance and 5 CME days • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans • Malpractice insurance with tail coverage • Life and long-term disability insurance Why Jefferson: Jefferson Health – New Jersey includes three acute care hospitals and multiple outpatient centers throughout South Jersey.
