Overview This position teaches professional practice through planning, developing and training nursing and/or allied health students enrolled in a Foundation Health Partners (FHP) sponsored clinical education program(s). Delivers programs that have been identified by FHP Human Resources (HR) as supporting the organization’s “Grow Our Own” workforce planning strategy. The Nursing Clinical Instructor ensures planned and supervised clinical education programs, and identifies needs and provides guidance to students, staff and key leaders, and this role may require the employee to serve as clinical faculty at an accredited education institution.
