Job Responsibilities

Working as an LPN supporting the diverse needs of residents in post-acute facilities
Monitoring residents' mental and physical conditions and vital signs
Facilitating the intake process, including the documentation of medical histories and any health issues

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provides nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with standards of care established by the facility. • Assists with the development and revision of nursing care plans under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
