The client receives 3 short nursing visits per day: (1-2 hours)

• 7:00 AM

• 1:00 PM

• 7:00 PM

You do NOT need to work every visit—any coverage is helpful! We’re flexible and happy to work with your availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration through a feeding tube (G-tube)

• Provide minimal wound care

• Complete quick documentation after each visit

• Support the client with kindness, professionalism, and respect

Corewell Health is offering up to $10,000 in sign on bonuses for this opportunity! Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on the 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. shift. Weekend Option Program: Weekend RNs/LPNs will be required to work 48 out of 52 weekends per calendar year. Weekends are defined as Saturday and Sunday for day shift and Friday and Saturday night for night shift. RNs/LPNs can request up to 48 hours of PTO on their weekend shifts as well as 48 hours of exchanging a weekend shift for a weekday shift, for a total of 96 hours ‘off’ of the weekend requirement.
