Job Summary

Granbury Rehab & Nursing, a 95-bed premier skilled nursing facility, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Granbury, TX. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalized care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with mobility and transfer patients as needed
Monitor vital signs, report changes to the nurse, and complete accurate and timely documentation
Participate in resident care planning, educational programs, and interprofessional collaboration
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety policies
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
Minimum of 0 years of experience in a skilled nursing setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Job Purpose: Monday -Friday 2 pm- 10pm $1 shiff Diff To provide non-professional direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel, and to assist in maintaining a positive physical and psychosocial environment for the residents. Essential job Duties and Responsibilities: Personal Care, Nursing Care, and Food Service Functions: Assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, and positioning in and out of bed, chair, etc. Assists with resident recreation programs. Prepares residents for meals and snacks, assists residents in eating where needed and records food intake.
