What You'll Be Doing as our Home Care RN:

Create care plans that actually change lives
Provide direct care: meds, vitals, chronic condition monitoring
Supervise Home Health Aides with confidence and kindness
Educate families & clients in a way that empowers them
Keep documentation clean, compliant, and up to date

Who You Are as our Home Care RN:

RN licensed in New Jersey (required)
3+ year of clinical experience (home care is a plus!)
CPR certified
Reliable car + valid driver's license
Organized, kind, and passionate about senior care
BSN preferred but not required—we care more about your heart and hustle!
3+ year RN or 2+ year BSN experience
