We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN or RN Unit Manager to join our team at our skilled nursing facility. This leadership role is ideal for a compassionate nurse who is ready to guide a team, ensure quality resident care, and help maintain a positive work environment.

Unit Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the assigned nursing unit

  • Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care

  • Monitor resident care plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care

  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to staff

  • Assist with staffing, documentation, and reporting as needed

Unit Manager Requirements:

  • Active LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

  • Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred

  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
