Join a fast‑paced 25‑bed Emergency Department that cares for more than 30,000 adult patients each year. Our team treats a wide range of medical needs—including acute stroke, STEMI, heart failure, sepsis, DKA, and various orthopedic, gynecologic, urinary, surgical, neurological, and integumentary conditions. While we do not receive trauma patients, you’ll gain broad clinical exposure across diverse adult diagnoses.

As a Registered Nurse in our ED, you’ll deliver compassionate, high‑quality care while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), Unit Support Techs, and Paramedics. This role is ideal for nurses who value teamwork, continuous learning, and meaningful patient impact.

Qualifications 

  • Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. 
  • Education: The Registered Nurse (RN) must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
    • Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. 
  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.

DSD Services teammates have access to all the capabilities and resources DaVita has to offer. The home location is DaVita SNF Dialysis at Countryside Health located at 205 Marine Dr, Anderson, IN 46016. The SNF Dialysis RN must be willing to support other dens as needed. DaVita SNF Dialysis dens have 6 chairs. The den is currently operating 6 am-6 pm, but the length of the shift can vary based on the patient census. Ideal teammates will have experience in dialysis, get energized by a start-up type environment and improving the lives of patients, and have a track record of finding ways to Get Stuff Done (GSD).
