Responsibilities
  • Conduct wound assessments and provide personalized treatment plans for patients
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
  • Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Educate patients and their families on wound care, prevention, and management
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in state of employment
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care

Experience working in an outpatient medical practice in a supervisory capacity, preferred. Education: BA in Business or Health Care Administration or related field, preferred. Equivalency: A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education and experience requirements.
