Minimum Job Requirements:

Licensed nurse in the state of Ohio with Advance Practice Registered Nurse License in good standing.

Hold a degree as a PMHNP - Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or PA at the level needed to assess and prescribe medication collaboratively with a psychiatrist as determined by the State Board of Nursing.

Board Certified

Psychiatric experience required.

Geriatric experience preferred.

Active DEA required.

Ability to travel locally required.
