Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and supervise high-quality, person-centered care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following all clinical protocols
Accurately document care provided and update resident records in a timely manner
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and adjust care plans
Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond promptly and appropriately
Support and mentor STNAs and LPNs, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility guidelines and policies

Qualifications:

Current RN License in the state of Ohio (Required)
Experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care setting preferred
Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality of life
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
