Delphi Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a permanent position with a well-established practice in Lowville, NY. This opportunity arises from an upcoming retirement and offers strong patient volume with excellent APP support.

Position Highlights:

  • Base salary: up to $358,000 (75% MGMA)
  • $50,000 start/relocation bonus
  • RVU productivity bonus (paid quarterly, >75% MGMA)
  • Established practice: ~120 patient visits/week
  • Minimal call: only 2–3 days/month for primary care group after-hours calls
