A contract opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse to provide specialized school health services in Nanticoke, PA. This position involves supporting two students: an elementary student who uses a wheelchair and a high school student recovering from a stroke. The role requires delivering attentive nursing care within the school setting, addressing complex pediatric health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage health conditions of students, including tracheostomies, G-tubes, and diabetes care.
Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans in collaboration with educational and medical teams.
Provide direct nursing care and emergency response in accordance with school policies.
Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Current New York State Nursing License is required.
