JOB SUMMARY

The Physician provides direct clinical treatment services to patients, ensuring that patients receive the treatment necessary to treat their medical complaint. The Physician works constructively and collaboratively with other health professionals and focuses on attaining high standards of healthcare within their specialty.

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician to join an Outpatient, Primary Care practice in Cape Girardeau, MO. at Saint Francis Clinic-Kingshighway!

Practice Details:

  • Join a practice of 4 Primary Care physicians (FP, IM/Peds), 4 Primary Care NPs, 3 LCSWs. Also on-site is an Occupational Medicine physician, an Urgent Care clinic with 6 Urgent Care NPs

  • Clinic has a full-service imaging center and laboratory, and houses virtual Urgent Care clinic

  • EMR: EPIC

  • Clinic call is 1:3, phone call only

  • Work environment/day-to-day work:

    • Work schedule: M-F 8:00am – 4:30pm outpatient clinic

    • Average number of patients per day: 17 - 21

Saint Francis Clinic - Piedmont (formerly known as Piedmont Physician Associates) has been providing primary healthcare in Piedmont for adults and children of all ages since 1970. Saint Francis Clinic - Piedmont promotes patient health through regular checkups, screenings, patient education and preventive care. When patients become ill or develop health conditions, our providers have the breadth of experience in family medicine to provide extraordinary care with the patient as the primary focus.
